There are instances when a manufacturer asks Wisconsin Scrub & Sweep (WSS) (and other Authorized Dealers) not to advertise certain items on our website, even though we sell them in our store. There are also situations where manufacturers request their Authorized Dealers not to list their actual selling price for certain products but rather to list the manufacturer’s Minimum Advertised Price (MAP).

At WSS, we always do our best to honor these manufacturer requests but are nevertheless committed to offer the best prices we can to our customers.

If there is a product that you are interested in and wish to verify our actual lowest selling price on a Minimum Advertised Price product, please click "Get a Quote" on the product listing page.  You will receive a quote for your items, or we may contact you if we need more information.

If there is a product that you are interested in that you do not see on our website please call our Sales Department at (262) 333-0799 x 1 to check on availability and pricing.

Extended Pricing  

It is possible for us to offer "guaranteed" pricing, or discounted pricing based upon the quantity of items purchased.  We will go to the manufacturer, and ask for the best price we can possibly obtain.  You will need to contact your Sales Specialist or via the web here: Contact Us. Please have the following information available:  

1. Item #, and Product Name.

2. Estimated Annual Usage.

Sales Tax  

WSS collects and remits sales tax at the current rates based upon the shipping address our customers enter. If WSS does not collect taxes for a given city & state we ship to, it is the buyer’s responsibility to submit tax to their taxing authority by claiming an “out-of-state” purchase.

Sales tax rates and rules vary by city and region.  We encourage you to consult your local taxing authority and understand Sales Tax liabilities.

If you have Resale or Tax Exempt status, please set this up with us in advance by emailing info@wisconsinscrubandsweep.com.

Returns / Refunds / Exchanges  

Returns accepted on non special order items.  Items must be in new condition, less than 14 days old, and will be for store credit for the price of the product paid.  Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

All returns must be pre-authorized and must be sent back to us in exactly the same condition as you received it. All original boxes, packing materials, manuals, BLANK warranty cards and accessories must be included for any replacement, exchange, or refund.  Please save your receipt as a record of your purchase. All returned goods MUST be accompanied by a copy of your receipt.  After receiving authorization from us, please ship your merchandise (enclosed within a shipping carton with appropriate packing material) back to Wisconsin Scrub & Sweep, Inc. freight-prepaid and insured for the full value of the returned product(s).

Please be aware that we cannot accept returns on the following items unless they are shown to be defective in manufacture (as decided by the manufacturer):

  • Opened containers of liquids.
  • Equipment (once used with chemicals).
  • Blister-packed items once opened.
  • Special Order merchandise.

Please be aware that we cannot be responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise.

If any of the above conditions are not met, Wisconsin Scrub & Sweep Inc. reserves the right to refuse the return or charge a restock fee of not less than 20%, at our sole discretion.

Please inspect your purchase carefully.

If a shipment appears to be damaged in shipping, please refuse delivery.

If refusing delivery is not possible, claims for damaged or missing items must be received within one (1) business day of receipt of merchandise. In the event of equipment received damaged in delivery, all shipping boxes and packing material must be retained for inspection by the shipping carrier. After receiving a damaged shipment, please contact our Customer Service Department immediately for instructions at (262) 333-0799 x 3 Mon-Fri, 8am-4pm CST).


NEW Equipment Warranty:

All our new equipment is covered by the manufacturer’s official warranty. The duration of the various manufacturers’ warranties varies from company to company and from product to product. Please see the actual manufacturer’s warranty enclosed with your product for details.  The manufacturer has the final decision on warranty items.

Our Service Department will complete an estimate to return your piece of equipment back into operation as expeditiously as possible.  Work will begin after you accept the estimate in full. The entire amount of the estimate is your responsibility to pay.

After completing the work we will bill you according to our Terms.  We will also submit a Claim for Warranty to the manufacturer.  If the manufacturer deems any part of the Claim is under warranty and returns a credit to Wisconsin Scrub & Sweep, Inc. we will credit or refund the amount to you.

USED Equipment Warranty:

All used equipment is fully inspected and tested by Wisconsin Scrub & Sweep, Inc. prior to shipping and is guaranteed to be fully functional, regardless of its cosmetic condition. Please notify WSS of any issues with equipment within 1 business day of receiving. Equipment marked “as is” or being sold for parts has no warranty associated with it. WSS offers a limited 6-months parts warranty from date of purchase, which does not include batteries, drive systems, or parts damaged by the end-user.


Wisconsin Scrub & Sweep, Inc. will not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise purchased from our store or website. Wisconsin Scrub & Sweep, Inc.'s liability is limited to the monetary value of the merchandise.

Back Order 

On rare occasions, even when an item is in stock at the time on order is placed; it might become back-ordered due to too many people placing orders at one time. If this is the case, and you have placed an order, you will receive an email alerting you that this item is back-ordered. We place immediate orders with the manufacturer to replenish any item that goes out of stock, and we usually receive them very quickly. Please be assured that we do our best to obtain these for you as quickly as possible.

Product Specifications  

We rely on product specifications as supplied to us by the manufacturers. Specifications on product detail pages provided by manufacturers relating to the speed, performance, capabilities, and functionality of their products are typically provided for comparative purposes. The actual speed, performance, capabilities and functionality of your product will vary with use.

Cancel / Change Order  

If you need to cancel or make a change to your order, please call our Customer Service Department (Mon-Fri, 8am-4pm CST) immediately at (262) 333-0799 x 3. Emailing is not effective for this purpose, as your order may ship before we can respond to your email. Please be aware that it may not be physically possible to retrieve an order once it has been processed and has been moved to the Shipping Department.


Once a Credit Application is completed, and if it is possible to extend credit to your company, we will identify your payment terms.  A Credit Application must be on file in order to be set up with terms.  Please note, Special Order items may require payment once the product is ordered. Credit can be modified at any time.

 Privacy Policy 

We don't share your information.  It's just that simple.  Occasionally, we send valuable newsletters about relevant items.  These newsletters are built, curated, and sent by us to you.  This information comes from us and only us.  We don't distribute your information to others.

In the event item data is incorrect, such as listed with an incorrect price, inaccurate availability, or with incorrect information, Wisconsin Scrub & Sweep, Inc. shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event an item is incorrectly priced, wisconsinscrubandsweep.com, at our discretion, will do one of the following:

If an item is priced lower than the displayed price, you will be charged the lower amount and we will ship the item.

Disinfectant and Sanitation claims are the manufacturers stated claims.  Customers must take care to verify the manufacturers stated claims are sufficient for the task the customer is using the disinfectant or sanitizer for Wisconsin Scrub & Sweep, Inc. makes no representation or claims of the disinfection or sanitation claims of any product sold by us.
