Kodiak K12 Walk-Behind Floor Scrubber (17" Disk)
Model K12-17PA · Stock K12-706-17D
$5,319
Description
The Kodiak K12 17” disk is the entry point to the Kodiak line: a pad-assist walk-behind with no drive motor, where the spinning pad pulls the machine forward. Best for: small spaces from about 5,000 to 20,000 sq ft: retail shops, offices, clinics, and classrooms where the scrubber has to fit through standard doorways. Smooth hard floors such as VCT, tile, terrazzo, and sealed concrete.
- 17” disk deck, 0.75 hp pad driver at 180 rpm
- Pad-assist drive, which keeps the machine light, simple, and lower in cost than a traction model
- 12 gal solution / 15 gal recovery tanks, up to 2 hours per charge
- 20,000 sq ft/hr theoretical coverage at 66 dB(A)
Standard build includes two 12 V / 85 Ah wet batteries (24 V system), an onboard 24 V / 12 A charger, an all-steel frame, and a curved squeegee.
