The Kodiak K12 20” disk with traction drive is the compact Kodiak walk-behind at its widest disk path, self-propelled so one operator can run it for a full shift. Best for: small to mid-size spaces from about 5,000 to 20,000 sq ft: grocery and retail aisles, schools, and production areas with doorways and tight turns. Smooth hard floors such as VCT, tile, terrazzo, and sealed concrete.

- Traction drive, so the operator steers rather than pushes
