Most walk-behind extractors make your operator pull the machine backward across the carpet. The Armada BRC 40/22 C doesn't. It's a self-contained carpet extractor you walk forward, with a brush drive that pulls the machine along for you. The extraction deck rotates, so you can clean in any direction. Swing it around and the vacuum shoe leads, which lets you reach under desks and into dead-end hallways without turning the machine.

It handles both halves of a carpet program. Run it in encapsulation mode for quick interim cleaning between deep cleans, then switch to deep extraction for restorative work. Kärcher rates it at a 30–60% productivity gain over conventional extractors and up to 40% faster dry times. That gets carpet back in service sooner.
