Interim cleaning and deep extraction in one machine.

Most carpet programs need two machines: one for quick interim cleaning and a bigger one for deep extraction. The Commodore DUO does both, and you switch with one turn of a knob. You get one machine to buy, store, and train on. With interim cleaning between deep cleans, your carpet looks better and lasts longer between extractions.

It's self-propelled and runs on batteries, so there's no cord to drag, trip over, or plug in every 50 feet. Two counter-rotating brushes lift and groom the pile, and the machine does the pushing, not your operator. Kärcher rates it at just 63 dBA, which makes it quiet enough for daytime cleaning in offices, schools, hotels, and healthcare facilities.

Two modes, one knob

• Interim (A): low-moisture encapsulation cleaning at up to 13,200 sq ft/hr. With encapsulation chemistry, carpet can be dry and back in use in about 30 minutes.
• Extraction (B): full restorative cleaning at 100 psi. It sprays through both jet sets and recovers with a three-stage vacuum.
• Accessory mode: runs a hand wand for stairs, edges, and spot work.

• The 20" cleaning path handles large carpeted areas
• The 19-gallon solution tank and 17-gallon recovery tank mean fewer trips to the sink
• Solution shuts off automatically in neutral and reverse, so you don't overwet carpet while you're stopped
