The Clarke CFP Pro 20HD is a 20” rotary floor machine: a pad driver turning at 175 rpm on a corded chassis, the standard tool for scrubbing, spray buffing, and stripping on a schedule. Best for: mid-size hard floors, about 3,000 to 15,000 sq ft a night, where a wider pad shortens the job: school hallways, gyms, grocery and retail floors, and light industrial space on VCT, tile, terrazzo, or sealed concrete.
