The Clarke FM40 ST is a 20” orbital floor machine: a 14” by 20” rectangular pad that oscillates at 3,540 rpm instead of spinning, so it strips finish and scrubs without the torque pull of a rotary buffer and reaches into corners a round pad misses. Best for: chemical-free or low-chemical finish removal and deep scrubbing on about 3,000 to 20,000 sq ft a night: schools, healthcare, retail, and gyms on VCT, tile and grout, stone, terrazzo, sealed concrete, or wood.
