Old, Pitted, and Spalled Concrete
What it looks like: Decades of forklift traffic, dropped parts, freeze-thaw cycles, and chemical exposure. Pits, spalls, exposed aggregate, patched sections. Common in foundries, fab shops, and older Wisconsin plants that have earned every scar.
